 1: Choose the service that best suits your needs

• For a full haircut based on weight or breed, book a Full Groom.
• If your dog needs a trim, opt for a Mini Groom (trimming paws, sanitary, and around the eyes).
• For a refreshing bath experience, select Bath.
• Consider upgrading to our VIP Services to enjoy exclusive perks.
• Continue to choose any of our add-ons for a full experience. 

 2: Pick your trustable groomer, or let us select for you the first available

Select a specific groomer or leave it unselected to be assigned to the first available groomer.

 3: Select your preferred date & time

If your preferred date or time isn't available, feel free to contact us for potential cancellations or waiting list options.

 4: Provide your dog's details

For new pets, provide their information by clicking the (+) button on the App or selecting (Add My Pets) on the website. 

 5: Is it your first time? Secure your booking with a deposit

First-time customers are required to make a deposit. Please check our Policies for more information.

NOTE

• Remember, a valid Dog’s Rabies Vaccination Certificate is required.
• Submitting a booking request doesn't guarantee immediate availability. We will confirm your appointment upon receipt.
  Do not arrive without receiving this confirmation.
• Kindly give a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. valid Dog’s Rabies Vaccination Certificate
